Jaws 5:Undertow

Well, this is the intro to my Jaws 5 script...I started writing the first draft of this story when I was in 3rd grade,7 years ago. I wrote the first draft with my friend Noah Smith, and we only got about 20 pages into it before we just forgot about it. Then in the summer of 1998 I found the 20 pages of the first draft, and started thinking about it again. So over the summer I wrote the second draft, and stopped writing when I reached 120 pages. What I have up on the site, these first 4 parts, are almost all 120 pages of the second draft, which I haven't finished yet. I stopped right when I got to the climactic "shark hunt",which will be alot like the one in the first Jaws movie. I'll probably start writing it again soon,I figure I've got 20-30 pages left to do. By the way,if you're a gorehound you probably won't like this story because it mostly deals with the sheriff and his deputies, and their relationships with the people around them. A little "interesting fact":The original title of the script was J25:Jaws 2000,since I was hoping to have it come out in the year 2000 for the 25th anniversary of the first movie.I actually thought the J25 title up BEFORE Halloween H20 came out,it was more influenced by the Independence Day abbreviated title,ID4. J25:Jaws 2000 became Jaws 5:Undertow when I started writing H2K:Halloween 2000,because the titles were too similar. Then the H2K went on to be ripped off by..well,I won't go into that now.On to the script.....
